The Green Bay Flotilla participates
in several annual public events.
In February and March, the Flotilla participates in the WBAY Boat Show and the
Fishing Show, both held at the Brown County Arena in Green Bay. Producers
generally estimate a cumulative attendance of 20,000 people for the two events.

The Flotilla teaches
boating safety classes
between January and mid-summer.
The Flotilla conducts free
Vessel Safety Checks
and
Marine Dealer Visits
during
the boating season along with performing
Search and Rescue
missions on the Bay of Green Bay and the Fox River.
During the boating season, the Flotilla conducts SAFETY
PATROLS for several
events, including but not limited to:
1. Fishing Tournaments
2. DePere Celebrates
3. Bayfest Fireworks
4. Amerifest
5. Tall Ships
The Flotilla participates in the
Brown County-wide Safety Event at Voyager Park, DePere in conjunction with DePere Fire & Police
Depts., Wisconsin DNR, Brown County Sheriff, County Rescue Services, Green Bay
Safe Kids Coalition, and US Power Squadron.
Other public events are attended as requested and/or needed throughout the year,
such as this Christmas Parade at the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, WI.
